A Group of management experts has identified the following factors which would contribute to increasing productivity and profitability of banks which, in turn, would make them excellent service organizations.
You will study these factors and rank them in the order of priority in which you would like to place them. Against the factor you consider the most important you will mark 'I'', against the factor you consider next you will mark '2' and so on till you rank all the factors.
First you will work individually and give your ranking in the column marked "Individual Ranking". The time allowed for this purpose is 5 minutes.
After that, you will discuss the rankings in the group and the ranking as finally agreed upon by the group will be recorded by you in the column marked "Group Consensus". The exact duration of the "Group Discussion" will be informed to you by the observers.
